Return & Refund Policy

Please read our return policy carefully. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms. No exceptions will be made.


Returning a Product

Timeframe:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • For products where hygiene is essential, the item must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating a return.

  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Damage Due to Personal Use

We are not responsible for any damage caused by misuse, improper care, or negligence by the customer.
Any damage that is not a result of a manufacturing defect is not covered under our return policy.


Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Underwear

  • Lingerie

  • Sale items


How to Start a Return

  1. Your order number

  2. The reason for the return

  3. A photo of the item (if damaged)

  4. Your contact information
